Sean Thorne is a humble teacher of elevens in New Jersey's oldest independent school: Rutgers Preparatory. He has been a teacher since 1987, and has taught creative writing since 1995. He lives with his two black labs on the side of Montana Mountain overlooking the Delaware River, Queen of the East Coast Rivers. He is a water/mountain/bear spirit; surfer; gardener; blacksmith; angler; equestrian; ever exploring his inner landscape to better understand the eternal light in all things. He is really just a fallen Buddhist. He is honored to have accepted a master's in Science from Bank Street College. He is indebted to Susan Haver for her guidance.
